Working in partnership with almost thirty wonderful venues varying from intimate country houses in rural locations and grand historical castles Posh Nosh pride themselves on creating superb food using local produce to develop innovative ideas on food, presentation and service to exceed their clients expectations.

In 2005 partners James and Julie Hall striving for perfection as part of their ongoing “Due Care & Diligence” and “Risk Assessment Procedures” wanted to track and log food temperatures from the preparation stage through storage and transportation across Devon to their clients.

Loggers are used in recording temperatures every twenty minutes in Fridges and Walk in Cold Rooms at their production kitchen and within each vehicle the logging of temperatures takes place at five minute intervals. 

James Hall says “The recording of temperature data by the Kooltrak system keeps us up to date with the performance of our refrigeration at our production kitchen and ensures food is kept at its optimum temperature throughout preparation and transportation. We are delighted that with the help of Celsius Systems we have been able to reduce running costs and enhance the companies performance”
