Data shown in the results from this Freezer demonstrates the clear need for data temperature
monitoring. The client, by manual checking, thought the temperature of the unit was -21°C. Results
show a low of -34.5°C adding an increase of 54% to the energy bill plus additional wear and tear to
the unit and damage to stock.
